During this Hurricane season, we reflect on the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria, to our Island and home; Dominica. We have come a long way, and for this we count our blessings.  But for some of our Dominican home owners, there is still a lot of work to be completed on the reconstruction of their house. The Government of Dominica has embarked on a new, owner-driven Housing Recovery Project (HRP), supported by the World Bank, in response to the devastation of the housing stock caused by Hurricane Maria.
