The Future Food Award was presented to a development from INTA. The project uses powdered eggs to improve the health of older adults. The award was granted by the Foundation Science for Being and the Center for Research and Technical Assistance to the Industry. The winning researchers stated that Argentina has the potential to lead the next biotechnological revolution.
Se entregó el Premio Alimentación del Futuro, que otorgan el Centro de Investigación y Asistencia Técnica a la Industria (CIATI) y la Fundación Ciencia para el Ser. "En Argentina tenemos el potencial para liderar la próxima revolución biotecnológica", afirmaron investigadores premiados.
