Eighteen suspects were arrested as part of an investigation involving fake tender documents and work experience certificates. The investigation spanned 13 provinces centered in Muğla. Those detained include the Mayor of Milas, Fevzi Topuz, and his son. They were among 35 total suspects referred to the courthouse.
