A new bill is heading to Parliament to regulate servicers and cryptocurrency. It introduces a block on auctions for individuals who follow their payment arrangements. Servicers who act arbitrarily will face heavy penalties and may have to pay compensation in up to five installments. The legislation also establishes a 10% tax on capital gains from cryptocurrencies for the first time.
