The Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue (DAOE) took action against two foreign bank accounts. One account was located in Ireland and the other in Denmark. The funds in both accounts were reported to originate from the “Choriatiko” scheme. Freezing the accounts was intended to block the flow of the alleged illicit money.
