La oficial de gobernabilidad del PNUD, Denise Ledgard, y la socióloga Lucía Dammert alertaron sobre la crisis de seguridad ciudadana en el país y señalaron que "la extorsión no va a ser resuelta únicamente por la Policía", por lo que exigieron medidas con resultados inmediatos y la urgente participación del sector privado.
