The Ekiti State House of Assembly confirmed the appointments of two commissioners. Dayo Apata will serve as the commissioner for Justice. Akintunde Oyebode was confirmed as the commissioner for Finance. Both individuals were nominated by Governor Biodun Oyebanji. The assembly also approved ten special assistants.
