서울 아파트값 상승폭이 4주 만에 축소됐다. 올해 들어 처음으로 상승폭이 줄어든 것이다. 다만 일부 중저가 아파트 단지가 몰린 곳에서는 상승폭 확대가 지속됐다.5일 한국부동산원이 발표한 주간아파트가격동향에 따르면 이달 첫째 주(2일 기준) 서울 아파트값은 전주(0.31%)보다 0.27% 오른 것으로 집계됐다. 지난해 2월 첫째 주(0.02%) 이후 52주 연속 올랐다. 상승폭은 1월 첫째 주(0.08%) 이후 3주 연속 커지다가 4주 만에 줄었다.상승폭 축소는 ‘한강 벨트’ 지역에서 두드러졌다. 마포구는 전주(0.41%)보다 0.26% 오르며 상승폭이 줄었고 동작구(0.44%→0.29%), 성동구(0.40% 0.36%), 강동구(0.39%→0.29%) 등도 비슷한 흐름을 보였다. 강남 3구(강남, 서초, 송파구)에서도 상승폭이 완만해지고 있다. 강남구는 전주(0.07%)보다 0.07% 올라 같은 상승율을 유지했다. 서초구(0.27% →0.21%), 송파구(0.31%→0.18%)

다음 달부터 주택연금 가입자가 받는 돈이 매달 4만1000원가량씩 오른다. 연간으로 따지면 수령액이 50만 원가량 오른다. 저가 주택 가입자가 받는 우대 금액도 연간 37만 원 상향 조정된다. 가입 시 내는 보증료를 낮추고 실거주 요건을 완화해 주택연금 가입 문턱도 낮춘다.5일 금융위원회는 주택연금 수령액을 상향 조정하는 내용을 담은 ‘주택연금 개선 방안’을 발표했다. 4억 원 주택을 가진 72세 가입자의 월 수령액은 133만8000원으로 기존보다 4만1000원(3.13%) 오른다. 연 환산 시 49만2000원을 더 받게 되는 셈이다. 주택연금 평균 가입자(72세) 기대여명(17.4년)을 반영한 전체 가입 기간 수령액은 849만 원 오른다. 저가 주택 보유자 등 취약 고령층 신규 가입자에 대한 수령액은 추가로 확대된다. 6월부터는 부부 중 1인이 기초연금 수급자이거나 부부 합산 1주택자이면서 시가 1억8000만 원 미만 주택 거주자라면 수령액을 추가로 받을 수 있다. 현재 시

En un operativo de emergencia que movilizó a Carabineros, esta noche arribó hasta la Clínica Alemana, ubicada en la comuna capitalina de Vitacura, la ex primera dama Marta Larraechea. La esposa del expresidente Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle (1994-2000) fue trasladada desde la Región de Valparaíso tras presentar una complicación de salud durante la tarde de este miércoles, lo que obligó a su internación para recibir cuidados especializados en la capital. La emergencia se desencadenó mientras Larraechea, de 81 años, se encontraba en la zona costera. Según los primeros antecedentes, la ex primera dama fue ingresada de urgencia en primera instancia al Hospital de San Antonio, donde el equipo médico logró estabilizarla. Una vez compensada, se autorizó su traslado a la capital en un helicóptero institucional de Carabineros, operación que se concretó sin inconvenientes. «Estamos muy preocupados de lo que le ha sucedido a Martita Larraechea, ex primera dama, esposa del presidente Frei Ruiz-Tagle. Aparentemente, y por la información preliminar que hemos logrado obtener, habría sido una picadura de una abeja que ha generado una reacción anafiláctica muy severa, con todas las consecuencias que sabemos que ocurren con este tipo de situaciones», dijo a Cooperativa el senador democratacristiano Iván Flores. «Se encuentra estable, está siendo atendida. SINGAPORE — The former chief executive of healthcare start-up Biofourmis Holdings has been charged for multiple offences, including allegedly asking his staff to falsify company invoices claiming they had offered services worth millions to the Ministry of Health (MOH).On Feb 4, Rajput Kuldeep Singh Vithal Singh, who was also the former director of the company, was handed seven charges in a district court.This includes three counts of abetting the falsification of accounts, three charges of fraud by false representation or abetment of the offence, and one count of forgery for the purpose of cheating.Police said between Aug 18, 2021, and Feb 28, 2022, the 34-year-old Indian national had allegedly instigated his staff to falsify company invoices purporting that Biofourmis Singapore had rendered services worth US$16,491,375 (S$20,941,600) to MOH.Charge sheets state that the invoices were for services relating to the Biovitals Sentinel Platform, which remotely monitors patients and provides clinicians with their vital signs, according to past reports.

Singapore's Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) and British-based aerospace manufacturer Vertical Aerospace will be collaborating to trial the use of air taxis for emergency medical responses.The project will run through April 2026, according to a release by Vertical Aerospace on the second day of the Singapore Airshow 2026 (Feb 4).Vertical Aerospace was awarded $100,000 in funding from Hatch — an innovation centre of HTX for public safety —  after winning a global innovation challenge organised by the centre.The grant will enable Vertical Aerospace to develop, test and validate how Valo, its aircraft platform, and its commercial eVTOL aircraft, can be used for emergency medical services. In particular, the project will focus on how electric and hybrid-electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft can support time-critical medical responses for remote island areas around Singapore.Under the programme, Vertical Aerospace will work with HTX, Hatch and operational stakeholders to develop a detailed concept with regard to emergency medical responses aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
