Le porte-parole du gouvernement a signé, jeudi 26 mars, un pacte contre la désinformation sur les Accords de Washington avec les étudiants de l’Université de Kikwit, dans la province du Kwilu. Lors d’une conférence, Patrick Muyaya a expliqué aux étudiants le bien-fondé de ces accords ainsi que celui de la démarche de paix avec le Rwanda.
