정부가 8일부터 공공기관에는 승용차 2부제(홀짝제)를, 공공기관이 운영하는 공영주차장에는 5부제(요일제)를 시행하기로 했다고 1일 밝혔다. 2일 0시부로 자원안보위기 단계가 ‘경계’로 격상돼 발령됨에 따라 에너지 수요관리 수준을 높이기 위한 추가 조치다. 기후에너지환경부는 이날 보도자료를 내고 지난달 25일부터 시행 중인 공공기관 차량 운행 제한 조치를 5부제에서 2부제로 강화하기로 했다. 2부제는 홀수일에 차량번호 끝자리가 홀수인 차량이, 짝수일에는 차량번호 끝자리가 짝수인 차량만 운행이 허용되는 방식이다. 대상 공공기관은 5부제와 동일하게 중앙행정기관을 비롯한 공공기관, 지자체, 시도교육청 및 국공립 초중고등학교 등 약 1만1000개 기관이다. 기존 5부제에서 제외됐던 장애인·임산부 동승차량, 전기·수소차, 대중교통 출퇴근이 어려운 임직원의 차량, 기타 공공기관장이 운행할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 차량 등은 그대로 제외된다. 다만 공공기관을 방문하는 민원인 차량은 5부제를 적용

이재명 대통령은 1일 국빈 방한한 프라보워 수비안토 인도네시아 대통령과 함께 청와대 녹지원에서 육군 태권도 시범대 공연을 관람했다.청와대 안귀령 부대변인에 따르면 이 대통령이 청와대로 복귀한 뒤 녹지원에서 야외행사가 열린 것은 이번이 처음이다. 녹지원은 조선시대에 활쏘기 등 무과 시험과 군사 조련이 이뤄졌던 장소다.육군 태권도 시범대는 우리 군 최초로 태권도 시범을 전담하는 부대다. 올해 1월 창설된 뒤 이날 외국 정상 앞에서 처음 공연을 선보였다.청와대는 프라보워 대통령이 군 출신으로 무예에 큰 관심을 두고 있는 점을 고려해 육군 태권도 시범대 공연을 준비했다고 안 부대변인은 밝혔다.시범대는 첫 번째 공연으로 연꽃 창작품새와 격파를 선보였다. 안 부대변인은 “연꽃을 형상화한 동작으로 시작된 창작품새는 어떠한 환경에서도 흔들림 없이 임무를 수행하는 군인 정신과 태권도의 절제된 아름다움을 표현했다”며 “이어진 격파 시연에서는 단련된 기술과 우리 군의 강인함을 유감없이 보여줬다”

Po nepavykusio bandymo gruodį, Seimas iš naujo ėmėsi keisti LRT veiklą reglamentuojantį įstatymą, bet šįkart parlamentas sutiko kreiptis ekspertinės išvados į universitetų mokslininkus. Mykolo Romerio universiteto vardu LRT įstatymo pakeitimų įvertinimą pateikė konstitucinės teisės ekspertė, profesorė Toma Birmontienė, kuri naujose pataisose įžvelgė nemenkų trūkumų. 

Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnyba (STT) patvirtino, kad kovo 24 dieną Kauno miesto savivaldybėje lankėsi pareigūnai, paprašę pateikti informaciją, reikalingą tyrimui, kuris buvo pradėtas sulaukus skundo. Access to affordable, adequate and energy-efficient housing has become one of the EU's most pressing socio-economic challenges. Rising house prices and rents, limited affordable supply and regional disparities have intensified housing insecurity, especially for low-income households and young people. Although housing policy remains primarily a national competence, it has gained prominence on the EU agenda in response to concerns about affordability, social exclusion and energy poverty. In December 2025, the European Commission published an affordable housing plan aimed at boosting housing supply, mobilising investment, simplifying permits, and targeting young people and the homeless to facilitate access to affordable housing. Additionally, the Commission provides guidance to Member States on housing issues through the European Pillar of Social Rights and the European Semester. The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), the main instrument of Next Generation EU, plays a significant role in supporting housing-related reforms and investments through Member States' national recovery and resilience plans (NRRPs); it supports 50 housing-related investments and 21 reforms. Housing-related investments are also supported by traditional EU funding instruments under the multiannual financial framework (MFF), including cohesion policy funds and InvestEU. The NRRPs cover a wide range of relevant investment and reform measures, including areas such as social and affordable housing supply, energy renovation, urban regeneration and regulatory reforms. An analysis of the 10 plans with the largest share of measures supporting affordability and availability of housing show the different approaches Member States have taken within the RRF framework. The European Parliament has called for access to decent and affordable housing to be recognised as a fundamental right and put forward a set of recommendations prepared by its Special Committee on the Housing Crisis. Overall, the EU's evolving approach aims to enhance coordination between Member States, increase funding mobilisation and provide clearer policy guidance to tackle the housing crisis.
